To Gardell and Ryan:

I wanted to take the time out and formally let you know just how great of an experience we had with your company. Our loan representative, Gardell Powell and his assistant Ryan Harrison, are top notch. Gardell's excellent customer service and knowledge were a welcome and re freshing change. Gardell, and Ryan, are the reason we went with you for our VA Mortgage needs instead of going to this other big name finance/ insurance co. that also does VA home loans. There, we felt lost in the shuffle, there was no person to person direct contact and their customer service was not one of excellence. Both Gardell Powell, and Ryan Harrison, have not only excellent customer service that should be aspired to, but are extremely knowledgeable. They know the VA home loan. It's was not only our first experience with the VA home loan, but our first home ever we were purchasing. Gardell took the time to walk us through all of it, and was always ready and willing to answer any and all questions we had. He made himself as available to us a possible and when he was with another customer, he would return the call right away.

We are very pleased with our new home and the purchasing process with your company. We just wanted to let you know what wonderful employees you have in both Gardell Powell and Ryan Harrison, they are an asset to your company. We just felt you should know what great representatives and employees you have in them.

Dear Mr. Szumera,

I just wanted to take the time to let you know what an asset Matt McDaniels has been for me and my family during the home buying process. I went into this thinking it maybe a waste of time, because I found your information on the internet and really was ignorant when it came to the process of purchasing a home. But after speaking with Matt I thought this could actually work for me. I have never owned a home before or even the process of looking and getting approved. Matt has helped me every step of the way, from the preapproval process, to finding a realtor, the closing process, and following up by phone or email everytime there was a new situation or a change in a situation. I know I would of never realized my dream of owning a home if it were not for Matt McDaniels. His knowledge and advice has helped me immensely. He even helped when my realtor was dragging his feet and delaying the closing date, Matt phoned him and had my closing date moved up by two weeks.

I just wanted to let you know that I feel Matt went above and beyond his normal duties, sometimes calling me in the evening when I was getting alittle nervous about a situation and calming my nerves and assuring me it will all work out.

Using MRC for my homeloan has been a pleasurable experience and I will be referring your company in the future to my friends who proudly served, and the main reason I will is because of Matt McDaniel.

Dear Mr. Nathan Long:

I would like to recognize Gardell Powell for his tireless efforts in researching my mortgage and ensuring the closing of my real estate transaction went flawlessly.

I got on the computer and filled out a form online on the internet late requesting info from MRC one Saturday night. I received a call the very next day from Gardell and immediately I was impressed with his knowledge of the mortgage industry, company policies and procedures at MRC and the best approach for getting me approved for a V.A. Loan. In short, it was apparent that he knew what he was doing and seemed eager to help.

During a period of a few days (and throughout the course of the next 6 weeks), Gardell quickly researched the interest rates and loan fees and helped me lock in on a $149,000 loan at 5.0% with a buy-down early on, just prior to the sharp interest rate hikes by the Fed. He also assisted with purchasing a loan lock so that I could keep that fantastic rate when I needed a few extra days to close.

Gardell kept in constant contact with me via telephone, email, and fax, and was always accessible to me when I had questions or concerns. It is especially noteworthy to mention that I was buying a home from a "for sale by owner" seller, which made things a little trickier than normal, since there was not a realtor involved. Gardell kept his word on any problems or agreements we made and he even reduced many costs from MRC as well as other external entities. To wit: at the last day or so, he jumped through a lot of hoops to help coach me in my efforts to getting a closing attorney that handled the closing, to not only meet the seller's deadlines, but in the end saving me about $500 over what another title company wanted to bill me.

Therefore, it is my sincere pleasure in writing this letter of appreciation for Gardell Powell. Gardell is not only highly competent in performing his position at MRC, he is enthusiastic about his work and has the ethics that most of corporate American lacks these days. I would recommend him to anyone of my shipmates in the Coast Guard or to any prospective customer for assistance, and the next time I am looking for a loan, he's the first one I will call.

Dear Kris:

We are closed, at last. I just wanted you to know that what you have done has been nothing short of miraculous. You sacrificed until it hurt, and there aren't a lot of people, (especially lenders and Realtors), that are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed, nor have they gone unappreciated. If you ever need a reference, please don't hesitate to have them call me. You are an exemplary loan officer, and one of only two that I actually trust. You made miracles happen for good people, and for that I thank you.

It has been a pleasure working with you, and I look forward to doing more deals in the future. What a great feeling it is to know there are still people like you out there. If you ever have someone in this area that needs help, all you have to do is call.
