RESPAS Packet
If you have completed your online request for a VA Home Loan and been contacted by a Loan Specialist, the next step of the loan process is the completion of your RESPA packet. It will arrive overnight via UPS once your Loan Officer sends it to you.After you have completed and returned the RESPA packet, the loan officer can begin working on your VA Home Loan. Scholarship Contest: VA Mortgage Center.com recently developed the Military Education Scholarship program, which is funded 100% by the personal funds of its employees. Twice each year, an essay contest is held to determine the individuals that will be awarded college scholarships.
The essay topic changes for each contest, and recently was "Why I Choose to Serve." So far, over 500 active-duty personnel, honorably discharged Veterans, and children of active-duty personnel and Veterans have written in, sharing their personal stories about why they choose to serve our country and the impact that it has had on their lives.
At VA Mortgage Center.com, we show our support and appreciation for these individuals by awarding scholarships to assist them or their children in continuing their education. We have proudly awarded over $15,000 in scholarships to our past winners and look forward to continuing this program in the future as our way of saying thanks to those who have served us.

Our Underwriting Department helps get your paperwork processed faster.
