Nano-Technology helps with TBI

I ran across this story and wanted to share it. I think it is a great example of how Academia brings it’s brain power to bear and thinks out of the box to help solve military capability gaps or as in this case help with a military need that may not have even been thought of. I can tell you that the military regularly looks outside its own smart people to see what the universities and industry and inventing to see if it can be applied to military needs.
