Unbiased? Hardly… I have been in the military for 10 years and can honestly say the cheapest and worst pants I own came from a company called Propper. This guide basically has marketing language throughout the entire thing. From reading the guide, Im guessing it was written by someone at Propper or Tru-Spec.
