Please contact me. We need to do a fund raiser for my nephew's attorney few. We live on a farm on Williamstown Lake. It used to be known as Pea Ridge, the party farm. If we had a Pea Ridge Party and we had you we could raise money for Ryan Weemer's lawyer fee. That's all we need. Plus it would be a perfect place to sleepover in a bus. They have been waiting for approval from the government to do so. I volunteer with the USO at D/FW airport and we do as much as we can. Please remember that the USO is completely not-for-profit, thus we need funding from the government, companies, and private individuals in order to keep our USO's stocked and ready to serve, those who are serving us. Please help your local USO, so that federal funding can go into building more USO's overseas, where local funding is not available! I for one do not believe he gets the credit he deserves but Toby Keith is not looking for credit He does what he does from his heart. Our nations warriors deserve our respect and it is up to us to see that they get the respect they deserve. Time is more difficult to give than money for many people including entertainers. High profile artists get all the attention but it should be known that there are a bunch of entertainers that do give their "time" to support our troops whether it is here in the states or overseas. I often hear from recording artist " man i want to go but I can't find time in my schedule" This in my opinion is where Toby Keith really separates himself from the others. Toby demands that time be set aside for his USO tours. I don't know the last time he spent Memorial Day at home on a lake with family and friends. Toby has had a direct effect on other artist's decisions to travel overseas and support and entertain our fighting forces. Ted Nugent , Rascal Flatts, and Montgomery Gentry are among those. Support the USO. Support the men and women who pay the upkeep on the freedoms that those before them purchased. Toby Keith is the man. I have not walked in his shoes but i have walked with him.
