A List of Regional VA Loan Center Offices in the U.S.

The VA operates 11 Regional Loan Centers that assist Veterans in making the most of their benefits. One of the services offered by these regional offices is loan counseling. The offices operate websites that can be accessed through the VA's website. The features on these sites include online tutorials to educate borrowers on the lending process, avoiding foreclosure, and special VA programs. Although VA Loan Counselors cannot prevent foreclosure, they are available to offer their expert advice and assist Veterans in finding solutions for their mortgage woes. The VA has set up a national, toll-free helpline (877-827-3702) that directs callers to their regional office. Since 2000, VA Loan Counselors have assisted 74,000 Veterans.

Atlanta Regional Center
