We are seeking 2 VA Loan underwriters and have a goal to hire them by July 15, 2009.

The salaries for this position are at, or above, salaries for this position in other markets. Furthermore, the cost of living here is significantly lower than the rest of the country. Full relocation assistance is also being provided.

First, complete this form, then you will receive confirmation once your blog has been approved. Next, simply spread the word to potential applicants. Remember, we are not allowing any email marketing to help protect against spam.
Upon hiring an underwriter from this offer, we will pay half of the bounty ($10,000) after 1 month of their employment with our company to the owner of the blog that was listed as the referring site ( if there are any disputes on blog ownership, it will be paid to the owner listed by WHOIS).
The second half will be paid after 1 year of their full-time employment. This is simply to ensure the new hire performs at his or her job.
We are pursuing other forms of marketing to obtain applicants such as employing a recruiting firm as well as placing ads in various newspapers and online sites. So it is not guaranteed any bounty will be paid to bloggers, but it is our sincerest hope that we are able to make at least 1 payout.
