VA Loan Specialist - Patrick Cox

I can honestly say I love what I do for a living. I've been in the mortgage business now for a little over 10 years and have seen a lot of different trends but the thing that hasn't changed is the joy I get in helping someone move into or refinance their home. For the past six years, I've been fortunate to focus on VA lending where I'm constantly working with veterans and active duty personnel all over the country from all branches of the military. I consider it a true privilege to work for those who have and continue to work for our freedoms every day. I understand that purchasing a home, especially your first home, can be extremely stressful and I pride myself on taking some of the stress out of it.

I reside in Columbia with my lovely wife Heather and a beautiful baby girl, Hannah, who is just under two years old. When I'm not working, I try to just roll around on the floor with her and soak up as many laughs as I can. We are also fortunate to live right next to a beautiful biking and jogging trail that we get out on when the weather allows - a great stress reliever! We love living in this area of the country since it allows us to experience all four seasons and hope to remain here for many years to come and continue to work in this great industry.
