VA Loan Specialist - Timothy Dobbs

Tim Dobbs has been a part of the mortgage team at Veterans United Home Loans since February 2009. He comes to us from Missouri State University where he majored in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. He has had the privilege to be an assistant for some of the company's most successful senior loan officers in his first year, which taught him the ins and outs of the VA loan process. Tim hails from a small rural community about 25 miles northwest of Columbia, Missouri called New Franklin. Growing up on a small family farm, Tim learned the value of hard work and integrity at a very young age. With many family members in the armed forces, Tim has a great appreciation and respect for our country's active duty military personnel and veterans.

Tim understands that purchasing a home is quite possibly the biggest decision of anyones life and will use his expertise in government backed financing to make sure your loan transaction goes as stress free and smoothly as possible. He prides himself in keeping his clients informed through every step of the loan process with a belief that transparency is a crucial element of getting business taken care of. Tim looks forward to serving our country’s veterans as they continue to serve us!

Spending time in the deer stand, on the golf course, or at the bass pond are all methods of relaxation for Tim and his friends. He also has a deep love for St. Louis Cardinals baseball and all things Mizzou.
