VA Loan Specialist - Alex Herbel

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business-Finance in 2008 from the University of Missouri, and have been working at Veterans United Home Loans for the last two years. When deciding what I wanted to do after college, I immediately thought about Veterans United. I had heard great things about the company and their devotion to veterans and active duty service members through their home-buying process. Being prior military myself, I decided that this company would be a good fit for me. I was fortunate enough to be offered a position and have loved building my career with such an outstanding company.

This job gives me the opportunity to assist home buyers in one of the biggest financial investments they will make in their lives. As a VA mortgage specialist, it is my job to make every step of the process as easy as possible, while giving the best customer service to each client that I work with. My job is not only to help you into your new home, but to make sure you have a good experience with our company while doing so.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife, Jessica, and visiting our families in the Kansas City and western Kansas areas. I am a very big sports fan and hope the Missouri Tigers can win a National Championship in the near future (football or basketball will work).
