VA Loan Specialist - Will McCullah

It's always a pleasure helping someone into a new home. The amount of pride and joy you can hear in someone's voice after they get the keys to their first home is immeasurable. It's truly an amazing event in peoples lives and I have the benefit of being part of that every day. Added to this, I have the opportunity to work almost exclusively with veterans, both active & inactive, in their pursuit of home-ownership. The amount of pride I feel knowing I'm helping those that keep our country safe is great.

I grew up in Kansas City, MO and moved to Columbia, MO in 1995 to attend the University of Missouri. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications & Psychology.

I have a lovely wife, a beautiful daughter and too many dogs. When I get a chance I love getting out for a hike, mountain bike ride, or a chance to throw a line in the water. We have one of the most beautiful nations in the world and I like to be outside enjoying it as much as possible. I also feel very strongly about land and habitat conservation as well as preserving the United State's native species.

I have six years experience in mortgage lending, & I have specialized in VA loans for the last three years. With a thorough understanding of all VA programs and guidelines, I have the tools needed to meet your specific needs.
