VA Loan Specialist - Jonathan Lucas

I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Central Missouri where I graduated Summa Cum Laude. I have been in the mortgage industry since 2001, consistently earning awards of being in the top tier of loan producers. Before that, I was in the financial investment industry, specializing in helping clients work toward their retirement goals.

I enjoy working with new customers every day. One of the best feelings in my life is when I can get a customer into a house — especially those that never thought this goal was possible! I strive to give my customers the best possible service, knowing that this may be the biggest investment that they will ever make — and realizing that it's their "home," not just another "loan." I try to make the mortgage process run as smoothly as possible by educating the customer and keeping them updated and informed throughout the entire transaction. I specialize in several types of loans — both purchase and refinance, including:

*VA Mortgages - for those Veterans who have served our Country.
*FHA - a high Loan to Value program that is lenient on both Credit and Debt Ratios.
*Conventional Financing — for those customers with good credit who are prepared to utilize a down payment.
