December 9th, 2009 at 10:13 pmInteresting. Last week at BCT graduation they did say that Veterans and Service Members and retired Service Members who were not in uniform could salute the flag also. It was quite touching to see so many older Veterans stand and salute — they should get to be distinguished in a crowd. I liked it.
