Popov. He was my pastor in Cincinnati Ohio and was the best pastor and counselor I ever had. A righteous man of great faith, discipline and devotion. Ironically I was once a military wife and was stationed in Hawaii with my husband being in the 125th infintry so I know the importance of a chaplain in times of distress. Those seeking Maj. Popov's guidance will greatly benefit from his wisdom and prayers. He dedicated our son, Caleb, and I am proud to say Caleb preached his first sermon at 10 years old and hopes to go on ministering and helping others and join the Marines one day.
