Benning, GA, for the 173d Airborne Brigade National Memorial that will be built on a piece of American soil. The names of the 1,643 "Sky Soldiers" that died in Viet Nam and the names of 69 "Sky Soldiers" that died in Iraq and Afghanistan will be on the 173d Memorial.
