I delivered one of the first helicopter flight simulators to Ft Rucker back in 1981 when I drove a tractor trailer.

With Marty being in Iraq, ours was a bit complicated and there were several items I had to scan and then email to him to be signed. Even with that, the entire experience went fairly smoothly and I'm now in the house and trying to get things ready for Marty's homecoming in a few short weeks. I'm also glad that you got the home that you wanted. You were taking a chance I suppose by buying that way but since you had friends in the area who could walk through it for you that helped a great deal. I'm so glad that the VAMC agent was so good at what he did and also the real estate agent, that helps tremendously! Yes, we would love to see some pics of your house! :) CJ,
